You have a maximum of 30 days to request a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What Is An Eligible Return?
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging and all items, including the original jewellery that came within the package, must be returned. Without all items in the package, in the same condition as you received them, a refund cannot be granted.
If you receive any items that are damaged, then please notify us immediately by contacting us through our contact page (LINK HERE). Your timely correspondence allows us to address your concerns immediately and ensure matters are properly handled.
Proof Of Purchase
We require a receipt or proof of purchase for any refunds.
Upon the original purchase through our online store of www.pattispantiesandjewellery.com, an invoice was created and emailed to you and/or downloaded by you. This invoice included a description of the purchase and invoice number. During purchase, your name, address, postal code and telephone number were requested to complete the original purchase and will show on the invoice. A refund is made only to the same person named in the Invoice. In absence of this invoice or any of the said information that the Invoice must contain, no refund can be made under any circumstances.
Refunds (if Applicable)
For refunds, once we receive your purchase back, it is inspected to ensure it complies with this refund policy. We then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will post the refund to your credit card within 15 days of you receiving your refund confirmation.
Important ~ Please print out your refund confirmation and retain it in your records until the refund to your credit card is complete. We will require you to refer to your confirmation if the refund is late or missing.
Late Or Missing Refunds (if Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within the allotted time, first check your credit card account. If the refund does not show, then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, which says we are not responsible for any delays caused by your credit card company).
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please attend the contact page of this website and send a request to have your refund expiated. In this request, please include the refund confirmation number that you received so we can locate the refund records to assist you.
If you lost your refund confirmation and the refund limit has not expired, please apply for another refund using your original purchase invoice and advise us that this is a repeated refund request. We will investigate the refund and notify you of our findings.
So long as the original refund request was made prior to the expiration of the 30 day refund period, we will handle your refund request accordingly.
Sale Items (if Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if Applicable)
No exchanges are made.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event of any damaged items, please notify us through our contact page immediately upon finding your gift was damaged and we will endeavour to resolve the matter.
Price Changes and Refunds
We reserve the right to change or modify our prices without notice (See TOS – Modifications To The Service And Prices). Refunds do not apply to price changes.
Unavailable Products – Orders Not Shipped
If a product happens to be unavailable for any reason, we will notify you and request you make another choice. If you decide not to make another choice you can request refund of the purchase price which, in this case, includes shipping charges since the product was not yet shipped.
Please remember, that images of panties, on this website, are only representations of what you will receive. This means the color and style of panties you receive in the gift will vary and will not be the same each time for that same size. The only thing you are choosing and receiving as ordered is the size.
No refunds on shipping costs. Exception is above in “Unavailable Products”.
Please use the contact page for the return address to ship the gift back to us if you apply for a refund.
Shipping / postal costs for returning items is your responsibility.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25 (because the purchase is only $29.99 CDN), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost Items Sent By Mail Or By Courier
We are not responsible for any items / articles lost or damaged during the mail / courier services between you and Canada Post, US Postal Service or any Courier service. We recommend that you track the package and insure the package. Then any loss is addressed between you and the respective postal /courier service.
